I didn't think it was too bad; a different take on the mythology. Only disappointing part was that Kratos wasn't in it.

I enjoyed it, but it would have been better if he and his team were really normal people. he was doing some demigod feats in some of the fights, like kicking a horse cart, which was confusing if he was supposed to be just a strong guy.

The movie is a lot better and more clever than expected, but it's far from great. It somehow manages to make Johnson ridiculous thanks to a lame costume and a dumb haircut, there are too many people in his crew to make them more than cardboard cutouts and the production value is underwhelming.
