Soon? She has cost the company billions in revenue by destroying extremely valuable IPs. I can’t think of anyone single handedly causing so much destruction to a publicly traded company and remaining in power for so long.
didnt the CEO of Bud Light cost the company 17 billion dollars with this queer shit and he hasnt stepped down yet? there seem to be no breaking point anymore for enough being enough.

No, the time was years ago but their dumb asses are simply hitting the bottom reaches of the barrel.

IMO she should have been fired for shitting up Star Wars with TLJ, then she should have been fired for Solo flopping. then fired for firing Gina and finally needs to be fired for losing 400 million with Indy5 and ruining now two beloved franchises. i dont count Willow because nobody cares.

A week before this opened local TV was running ads sayin if you spent $50 at some chain restaurant (can't remember if Chillis, Applebee's or All of Garden) they would give you a free ticket for the new IJ movie.

That was a big Yikes.

This time around (maybe), investor money is moving away from streaming services and towards treasuries, where there's a guaranteed 5% return. So, these companies that used to have money tossed their way now need to demonstrate a worthwhile return.

In few years when she's gone and they a bunch of apology reboots Ghostbusters style I'm not going to see any of those either.

They'll have to sell Lucasfilm back to George and let him sort out the mess before I'd be interested again.

Iger tried to dump her after TLJ but they settled for firing the head of the Story Group instead.

He can barely afford it unless things completely collapse for the next few TV series and movies (the bottom has to fall completely out of stuff like Mandalorian, the merchandise especially, views for Mandalorian/Ahsoka would need to be post-Obi-wan era/Andor level, the next Star Wars movie needs to be Solo 2.0 to give George Lucas any chance at being able to afford to make an offer).

The valuation of the Star Wars IP swelled since the sequels.

While Solo flopped, and money was left on the table with TLJ and ROS-- it's far into the green. Disney proved it's not hard to get money out of the IP. Kennedy deserves the boot for leaving money on the table.

All of these properties need to lie fallow for half a century so the young George Lucases and Steven Spielbergos of the world can have a shot at making their own marks. The fucking gravity of these mega properties warps everything around them.

So to any of you pirates or morons who paid for this…how does it end? Does Indy get the Dilator of Destiny and get his mustardy front hole before fucking off to the retirement home?

Indy wants to die in Roman times with Archimedes, Helena says no. Indy says yes. Helena punches Indy the fuck out. She somehow carries him back to the portal. Back to 1969, fixes his gunshot wound and puts him back in his old man chair. Indy wakes up and he sees Marion who wants to be back with him. Happy days. Mutt is still dead.

Melancholy. Hardly a hero's ending fitting for Indiana fucking Jones.

If you want or have a need for a more authentic Indiana Jones experience (that legitimately would not exist without Indy, but has no connection to him or Disney or Lucasfilm), play Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

It will give you back that Indiana Jones feeling (along with a Nathan Fillion vibe).

Maybe-- I can't keep them all sorted out in my head. I recall Uncharted 4 being the most impressive visually...

Watched the first 26 minutes. The whole getting to the train as well as the train sequence was a CG-fest. Needed more practical effects.
