"Low unemployment is bad, actually."

Their logic is "it's followed by a recession."

Uh, yeah, no kidding...when you're at essentially max unemployment, the only place to go is down.

They also kept saying "1950's" as if that's supposed to make people scared. I'd imagine most people would love to revisit the 1950's in just about every way imaginable. It's considered the golden age of the country for a reason.

Kids can’t even play video games these days without being groomed by pedophiles. Imagine having to deal with that back in the EQ days
I was involved in kicking a guy out of our EQ guild for being a pervert. Never asked the age of people involved, but he was a pretty terrible dude and just sent the worst messages to this one girl. The guy who wanted to fuck his cousin and kept talking about her and posting pictures was cool though. I was always laid back and never did anything unless people started whining to me first.

In eve online we had one guy that used to post videos of him and his wife fucking to the guild forums, he lived in like rural alabama or some shit and had super meth mouth and confederate flags all over his house, so I always imagined they were related. Most of our people there were european welfare warriors, though. Probably fags.

Honestly I never understood why we were okay with the cousin guy, just gives you an idea on what creepo had to do to get kicked out. At least he was honest and always said not yet when we asked if he fucked her.

Only people over 80 even remember the 50's.
Yes, but tons of people "remember" the idyllic fictional version of the 1950s made up by Hollywood and the ad men and now burned into the collective conscious.

Labor unions were extremely strong in the 1950s. They literally murdered people to get what they demanded.

Government spent massively on infrastructure and education.

Id say thats the wonders of practically zero welfare spending or a welfare class. But any more talk and were likely to summon the powers that be.

But seeing the market go up while FB goes down makes me smile.

The one bright spot is FB is getting a lot of its negative news out all at once (like the EU shit) while the markets are generally down so when/if the markets turn upward it should get carried along with the sentiment until it can right itself.

It has support going back to summer of 2020 just above $220 which is where it bounced. Its a crapshoot right now. It would not be my first choice to buy. I did buy some but I already own things I value higher and I did not take a large position. Honestly GOOGL in the low/mid 2700s probably is the better purchase long term. For that matter anything under $2800 is the better play. FB could also right itself and rip higher tomorrow. Its a tough call.
