Like I said, Apple has no experience in cars.

K just don’t be salty when I buy RVN for 1% of what the stock will be worth when Apple buys it.Like I said, Apple has no experience in cars.

I bought a bunch and flipped it for profit a few months back if you remember. How much Rivian have you bought yet

Waiting for a solid reentry around $7
I saw one too, there are a few around my area. *high five*I saw a Lucid Air on the road today. Looked pretty slick honestly. What does this have to do with anything being discussed?
Nothing. I just wanted to tell you all about my day.
Is that for the passenger side?We just got the contract to build the upper IP for Rivian R2. Which includes the top plastic part, the air bag chute all wrapped in a "green skin" and the deco parts are foamed then wrapped. We learned that the air bag is not attached to the cross car beam, just hanging there off the IP top vibration welded on, just like their R1 design which failed miserably. Our engineering departments keep telling them the air bag needs to be attached to the cross car beam so it absorbs some of the huge forces when the shit explodes, lol.
Imagine a 2 kg air bag just hanging off the IP top in some arizona sun baking the shit for a few hours, I wonder if that thing would sag? (Yes it would, lol)
Pretty sure that was NKLAHaven't kept up with them much after they got caught using an electric cord to power the vehicle during a demonstration.
Yeah, I don't remember anything like that for Rivian.Pretty sure that was NKLA
Not to trigger the anti-TSLA crew, but a partnership/investment with TSLA makes the most sense. Two household name brands together. "Today", TSLA is the only viable EV manufacturer with a track record of running a profitable company. The Lucid/Rivian/Fiskers etc are all a year or less of cash burn away from bankruptcy.Yeah, I don't remember anything like that for Rivian.
Outright purchases aside, they could do some sort of partnership like Amazon for the delivery vans minus any Rivian badging. Maybe a Joint venture?
For sure Tesla blows everyone else away, and some sort of partnership with Apple could make sense. I don't think an acquisition will happen, especially while Elon is in control. I wonder if/how much Dojo/AI/Optimus factors into Apple persuing a partnership. Not to trigger the anti-TSLA crew, but a partnership/investment with TSLA makes the most sense. Don’t worry. In a few months once Elon reiterates they’re an AI Robotics company and releases another video of Optimus but now with Grok AI integration that’ll change consumer sentiment!
