I mean, they have separate finances and a few years ago I had a sit down with my mom about planning for retirement. She's close, if not already, a millionaire on her own.

I just can’t let a good jab at a bro’s mom go is all, wasn’t being serious.

When is this happening? all my 401k is S/P 500
When the S&P 500 Gods will it so...
"The committee that decides the membership of the S&P 500 is keeping mum about when—or even if—it plans to add Tesla. “Companies who meet the eligibility requirements are not automatically added to the index,” said a S&P Dow Jones Indices spokesman in an emailed statement. “They join a pool of other eligible candidates and are considered for inclusion when an opportunity presents itself, at which point the Index Committee takes several factors into account such as sector balance and size representation.”

So come Monday AAPL should open at $125 give or take a few cents. TSLA should open at $442 give or take a few.

Well as of the close, I'm out a large portion of market position. Feels shitty despite the gains, now in the next three weeks we get to see how much I regret it.

Anything is possible. It depends on how many people don't understand what a split is and the fact that its still expensive.

While i always advise doing your due diligence on a stock, i advise it moreso on SPACS. One thing that gets overlooked in my opinion is the financiers who are IPO-ing the SPAC itself. I only touch names that have a good reputation associated with them. Same with the companies being brought public.

I see the SPAC channels filled with the pump and dump media blasts. Not all SPACs are created equal. I still like Hyliion and hope to get back into it as some point if the price is right.

I have warrants in FVAC that expire in 2027 and exercise at $11.50. Does that mean I will be able to exercise them for MP after the merger?

Each SPAC warrants are a little different. Usually they have the ability to call the warrants at certain times. For instance NKLA called their warrants already I believe. It will be in the filings for FVAC.

Ya I've been reading all afternoon and just can't decipher the finance hieroglyphics. O-chem makes more sense to my brain. I just want to figure out if I need to dump these warrants asap before they become worthless and chalk it up to another lesson learned.

Might be relevant, not sure.
