2 years ago, the cost of doing a BTC transaction was something like $50 per transaction and half hour to process it.

ETH was technology first before it was a currency

Those are basically the only 2 viable coins right now. Technology absolutely is the key to this.

Can Doge even be used as a currency or is it just a cold storage of value?

My understanding is that it can be used, as payment but I don't know the details. I'm also wondering if doge can simply adjust their technical aspect to become more viable as a legit currency. No idea what that would entail. Either way, Elon and a growing number of other celebs seem intent on getting doge at least to $1.

At this point I wish Elon would shut up about it for a few hours so it can dip and I can buy.

I dont think he needs the money badly enough to promote a pump and dump scheme. Hes only the richest guy on the planet who doesnt care that much about money.

Forgive my skepticism. You don't become the richest guy on earth by not caring about money. And I agree- he isn't promoting a pump and dump scheme. But then that begs the question what is he doing?

Chances are you're right and he's just fucking around. I'm probably wrong, but I suspect he's got something else in mind. If he owned a trillion doge coins and was able to somehow make it a premier universal currency he'd be king of the earth. Or maybe he has some other plan. Whatever it is, I definitely feel like it's more than just a laugh for him.

Either way, I'm buying more doge when it dips.

Got around $100 buying power in Stash that I don't want to cash out, any suggestions? I could throw it onto ARKF, ARKG, PLTR, QQQ, or something new. VOO might be good but it isn't on Stash. A lot of things aren't, unfortunately.

For funsies I'm going to buy some doge regardless tomorrow, tired of waiting for a dip as it rockets up. So you'll be able to buy in on the huge dip that inevitably happens right after I do this. I think I might also do something wacky like put $10 on every available top 50 crypto.

Based on that video if you haven't taken out a high interest loan against all of your assets by 9 AM this morning and went all in on Dogecoins then I take back every single nice thing I have ever said about your investment skill and knowledge.

RTP up on announcement news, I think a few people here have it. I'm going to watch it today and possibly sell depending on how it performs. It was already high pre announcement at 13$ and only up to 14 in early morning.
