I was buying SNDL in my Roth over the summer because it was mentioned some on reddit and that was when it was like .25 to .4 , I grew suspicious of it and sold out with minor profit and now look at this shit.
I also bought some Mindmed (shrooms) that ive been holding too long, sold half the position a few days ago at a slight loss and now paranoid the same crap will happen so might have to hold.
I've missed this weed train and am afraid to jump on at this point because I am already holding a silver bag. oh well.

I’ve actually been thinking about buying one or two weed stocks for longer term holds for a while. Just in the off chance that the feds start talking about legalizing it at their level. I really don’t know which companies are ran well though, and like someone said earlier I don’t want one that’s actually ran by potheads. I want some that are ran like real companies.

Markets go up and markets go down. If you are a long term buy and hold investor you dont do much of anything. If you are swing/day trading then you should probably already have exit strategies mapped out before you buy.

Honestly? Bought last week on the advice of Zach Morris. My understanding was that ZYNE was more of a solid business than SNDL, but don't take my word for that.

That's actually helpful advice. My instinct was to just hold through the downturn and try and buy more at the bottom, but I didn't know if there was anything else to it tbh.

This is something to be added to the the thread on basics at some point. How to actually make an educated decisions as to "where the bottom is". Technical analysis is something every investor should at least take a look at and understand the basics.
For example... What were you looking to buy more of at the bottom?
