One of the people I unofficially provide advice to hates ETFs. The other day I was telling him "I know you hate ETFs, but this new ETF QQQJ gives access to smaller up and coming tech companies". He said I actually bought into an ETF, ARRK this week. I told him the idea isnt to buying after they had their once in a lifetime run. He assured me it will be fine. I literally facepalmed in front of him.I’m living that hell.
Still green overall, but the daily 2% loss is rough.

If you like ARKK, check out QQQJ. It has a nice spread of companies and 100 positions so it has good diversity from a numbers perspective.I am not really worried long term.
I bought into it for a reason, I have the work funds for all the typical ETFs, and ones like you mentioned I buy as well.
But I don't have the time to stay on top of this enough, and I think there is value in the types of investments they are pursuing.
Maybe I take a real ass kicking, but for me the money I've put into the various ark ETFs are a decade investment, not a swing trade.
Btw, finally got 4/5 down to cost. Expecting 4/5 to be red tomorrow. Ark g I got into early enough it is going to be hard for it to go negative
Just think of how tough your balls will be with 15 more years of practice. Stay strong, frand.

Yeah. The Nasdaq 101 - 200. To me its not a substitute for a core ETF, but to just give exposure to the smaller next gen companies. Is that the one you have been pimping for a week or so?
