Buying wood today, I paid about 80% over what It would have been last year. I don't exactly have prices memorized, but was around a 60-100% yoy increase on most things. 3/4 plywood was 60$ a sheet to give an example.

Still had to wait in a pretty decent line of people buying it anyways.
