Hard to believe that, given the denim cycle and the strength of its balance sheet, that AEO stock price is moving down. A Cramer fave.

Time to invest everything I own into JNCO's!

Started new positions in Melco and TCOM. I've been waiting for them to come down, but they keep going up. I think the CCL announcement has sparked travel and leisure.

LCID getting hammered premarket, as PIPE investor lockup expires today.

Looking for entries at $15 (psychological) and $13 (technical) support levels for a day / swing trade.
Missed my $15 entry that morning by like 30c.

Najarian just mentioned strong unusual call activity on the name and its pushing $18.50 now.

Ah well. Good to see a great trade idea pan out, even if I didn't get my entry.

I wont touch that shit again. Made my money and walked away clean. The only de-SPAC i currently hold is SPIR because it has potential, already has lots of contracts and revenue and its Israeli.

Don't confuse investing with a quick swing trade! I'd never hold this (LCID) long term.

Never do market orders, only use limit orders

I thought about putting a limit order in for the price it was already at, but I didn’t think they’d wait to execute until it hit the high within a 24 hr window. What the actual fuck? Seems super fucked up. Lesson learned the hard way.

FAA grounding SPCE. Strong sells. -$26.50 short position here.

Out 1/2 at $25.

Out the rest $25.50

.. you really only need 2 or 3 solid trades a month like this to make goals. Less is more gentlemen.

Every day, they pump up these travel stocks and sell them off. This AM, my swing trades on those were up 2k, now up like 150.

I keep asking my wife if I should play the game, but with the seven day case average dropping 10k a day, cases peaking in the US and the EU, and CCL coming up with new plans, I'm afraid I sell and I miss it.

I only day trade before 10:30 my time, and close my positions. I don't want to wake up and see that the travel stocks are up 10% and I missed it.

I knew it would be choppy, but this is ridiculous. So still swinging on these.

I mentioned yesterday that my only hesitation is the indexes trading at all time highs. I think this is holding back travel play breakouts. Everyone is cautious buying top of index ranges.

Also doing some dilligence on other cruise stocks: due to share issuance over the last year, some are now trading at higher valuations vs pre-pandemic. This can also be a drag on breakouts.

They definitely have some room to run, but we need some market alignment and broad news saying delta variant is on the decline to change sentiment.

My 2c analysis.

Thing is, the news is starting to report that the variant is flat...so I guess maybe another week before we get a pop?

MA limit order hit at $340. My final buy in will be at resistance level at $336.

Tmac Tmac If you keep using market orders I am going to take your trading card away. Set a price. Set an order at that price. Leave it be. If it fails to hit try again tomorrow. Rinse and repeat.

The only time I use a market order is if I'm day trading and the price is getting away from me. But realistically, I haven't used it in months. They always give you the worst possible price.

It's inevitable.

The points they're using to refute it are vaccination rates, of which Florida is basically identical to the rest of the country.
