I went to go see the new Star Trek today. I liked it, but this was a trailer before the movie. I remember starting this thread on the old board, so here it is again.

I was skeptical of the first one as cruise is the exact oposite of the character in the books, but I enjoyed it and will see this too, plus I like Colby smoulders.

its kind of a filler movie until mi 7, 8, 9, 10...just enough cruise to get you to the next fix. tbh i dont mind Jack Reacher. I am still hoping for Oblivion 2.

Oblivion was a lot better than most of the scifi we get lately. Nowhere near as good as Edge of Tomorrow of course, but I'd still like to see more Oblivion too if it didn't interfer with getting more Emily Blunt/EoT.

I liked the first one, so looking forward to this one.

As much as I may dislike Tom Cruise the person, I like him as an actor. He rarely makes bad choice in roles, or in movies.

Knight and Day. I actually liked that one. It was surprisingly good, where as I was expecting the typical "rom com" bullshit.

I guess the fact that they didn't have a back to back poster was reason enough to believe it wasn't going to be shit.

I just can't accept Cruise as Reacher. Reacher is a 6'6" blond...Cruise is like 5'5" with dark hair. Lee Child probably cringes everytime he sees the posters for these monstrosities.
