I do give him props for the stunts and stuff he does legit and himself.

What I lol@ on that vid is the Mercedes SUV for the cam crane drive - wonder what "expense" that was listed under and who got to keep it after filming heh.

I enjoyed the last 3 Mission Impossibles and Oblivion was a beautiful blu ray, sucks this isnt getting the best reviews since I always enjoy Tom Cruise action movies

I have seen this and I don't think its as good as the first one but this one wasn't bad. They added some character development to Reacher's character.... and it kind of bogged/watered the movie down a bit imo

The first one was much, much better. All the, "but my men!" Army command shit about had me puke in my mouth.

Villains were way, way worse and the plot much more direct.

I have to go with the first one was better. Stronger story, less convoluted, and simply filmed better. This one it seemed like Reacher just wasn't quite the instinctive investigator or brawler we like.

There have been a lot of mediocre sequels through the years, but I am struggling to come up with a worse drop between entries in recent memory.

Maybe X2 to X-men 3? If that sentence doesn't tell you to wait for DVD, I don't know what would.

I just don't agree with you guys. Yes, there were some flaws with the movie, but there were flaws with the first as well. It was an entertaining movie. The female lead was going out of her way to show that she's a capable woman, but I laughed when Reacher put her in her place during the hotel scene. "Play mom, bitch". He didn't say that, but that was implied.

This was a great sequel to the first. Everyone seemed to know who he was compared to in the first when he was a complete mystery. They added some of his back story, but that didn't really drag things down. There was a very telegraphed scene with the blonde at the end that almost anyone could have seen a mile away, but it was still good.

He is nutty in his own way but nobody who works with him doubts his commitment to his job. He does some seriously hard core stunts that most would pawn off on their stunt doubles. He also apparently is a pretty chill dude on the set and a good person to work with. I figure if he wants to follow some religious fan fiction that is holding him up as a messiah well then have at it tom.
