Also, what now for the prosecutors? Can or will they get in any trouble for the discovery issues that O'Mara talked about earlier in an interview? He made it seem pretty clear that they were doing some shady shit and I believe I heard mention of possible fines or something.

Tbh it sounds like they did their diligence. For all we really know though they walked into that room said, "What a pile of horse shit" within 5 minutes but realized that they had to make it look good. So they sat around swapping pregnancy stories and trolling Judge Eat-O (Judge Pudge) with silly questions.
