I spoke to bront and he said they have not cleaned up the text yet, he copied it from a text file and needs to update it.

Is it weird that I'm okay with most of the donation items but I'm still butthurt that casinos give out best in slot raid loot?

There's an npc in the EC tunnel who will give you like 5 - 8k for a Breath of Harmony and I know some people were exploiting the dynamic zones to farm those pretty quickly then burn it all on the casino's.

I am having fun so far and could see myself donating in the near future.

I DO NOT like the ability to gain special powers via real cash. Is this not pay to win? If you want to MAX/MIN you basically have to use real cash. Should be just illusions imo

From what I understand the bonus' are 1%. Don't know for sure tho.

So with most illusion buffs you get two buffs, one is the illusion itself and one is the buff. So you can click the illusion off and stack the buffs from every illusion item.

Instant illusion? The info page says 30 sec cast time with a cool down timer.

No, that makes sense to me. At the very least, the casinos should be in the same place as the items they provide, and all raid level items should be flagged no trade. These donation rewards are going to have virtually no impact compared to that of the casino.

I think if they want solo/small group to have access to some of this stuff they should adjust the drop rate for quest item gear (PoSky) and make quests for the dropped equipment. Requiring plat investments (casino) for items that make you much more capable of gaining plat (casino rewards) is just a runaway cycle of +gooder, especially with tradeable rewards. The point of the casino on live was to remove money from the game for items that wouldn't have much of an effect. This is a very basic math error.
