Kindle Fire Kids Edition - Anyone have?

I've seen that it's capable of playing mp4 video files, yet I'm not able to copy anything to the hard drive. It appears to be locked. Any suggestions? I want to get this up and running today because we're flying to Hawaii tomorrow, so having video on a tablet would go a long way to making an 11 hour flight go painlessly.

Ok, I figured it out. I had to give it a MicroSD card first in order to copy files. It doesn't allow you to copy files to the base HD normally. All is good now.
