Not really new, but Infernal Shade getting buffed is pretty nutty:


I was considering an acolyte for that reason (especially with being able to just level as a warlock now) but Infernal Shade is one of those skills that works really bad with LE's gamepad controls being as janky as they are.

That guy is so cringe. I really hope a lot of the poe creators stick around in LE so I don't have to see that weirdo's builds get linked anymore haha.

Could always be worse, at least no one's linking Allie builds here.

Dr3ad doesn't bother me much, since he really does know what he's talking about for the most part.

Watched this yesterday and remembered the segment about the Gamepad controls. Not sure if it helps your case (or you already know) but interesting anyway.

I'll definitely be interested to see how well it works with skills that target minions instead of enemies.

Apparently if I had wanted to do a viable minion, crows are the best ones. I just hate snapshoting.

This game should be fun for a while.

Just that he's a weird dude. I was re-watching that video you linked because I'm starting Warlock and wanted to see if there was anything I was unaware of and got to that point in the video and thought "Jesus"

Yeah, I guess I just expect that from anyone on Youtube that has thousands of hours in a game and it barely even registers anymore. Hell, I'd probably even put up with Allie's degeneracy if he had any useful info to share. (Actually... no. Written guide maybe, but there's no way I'd listen to that voice.)

I think I watched too many of these videos because now I can't decide what I want to start as. I was all set on Sentinel as the no-brainer choice but I realized that is what I almost always go with. FrozenSentinel's mage videos got me thinking about trying something different for a change, but I'm not sure about trying a build completely based on mechanics that don't exist pre-1.2. If the theorycrafting doesn't pan out, I don't know what I'd swap to instead since I've played mage some in the past and didn't really like any of the options. Especially on controller, but hopefully at least that part is fixed today.
