Ward per missing health, Haste and Frenzy are all very useful
Armor applies to DoTs is extremely useful
Minion teleport is nice for minion builds
Mana gain on potion use has some niche uses
Lots of them are useful but not necessarily something you'd try to build around. Armor applying to DoTs is probably the most universally useful, though they toned DoTs down in this patch as well.

Keep in mind they are all hybrid affixes as well, which lets you stack a fair amount more on things like armor, or ward decay threshold stacking.
