I didnt see the email talking about T1 until this morning after I texted you back. Still wouldnt have stayed up, but I watched the highlights and ya.. its fucking wild that as old as LOL is, it has that many viewers still. Starcrafts views still shock me a bit, as well. Just goes to show that whenever this fucking MMO theyre launching goes live, its going to be a GD monster.

Twisted Fate I dont care about. He is kind of faggot-like. But the Graves choice is pretty sad. Guess theyre going after broke back mountain crowd or something. Why couldnt they sacrifice Kha'zix or something to the woke crowd?

I've been playing this again for the last week or two. Exclusively ARAM. I played a decent amount of unranked 3v3 Twisted Treeline years ago, but mostly just ARAM and URF when it comes around.


Considering how many hundreds of hours I've put into this game over the last 10 years, It's really fucking impressive how horrible I am at it. Like.....absolutely shit-tier supertard status. I'm almost always the worst player on the team, except for the rare occasions I get a top tier poke/harass champ I'm decent at in ARAM (Kog'Maw, Jayce, Veigar) and get lucky with a couple of early kills.

I'm pretty bad at games in general, but this one in particular I've just never gotten decent at. At least I don't get banned anymore after turning off team chat.

Edit: Just realized what the Tryndamere scene meant and I'm an idiot for not realizing it immediately.
His ult being undying rage he faces death and fights against it every time, the aspect of death being kindred. Explains why she vanishes when ashes shows up to help him and all his foes are dead, he no longer is on the brink of death.

Never been a fan of playing LOL due to click movement style vs a game like Smite but I've really enjoyed the esports aspect of it across the years and finally decided to pull the trigger to go to a live world's event since it aligned with some other travel.

Bad news, fucking not once did I see anything said during LEC or LOL broad cast this month about world finals tickets going on sale. We also didn't get any email notifications from O2 or league site that we signed up for so of course we missed the initial Mastercard presales. I even went to the league official page post i had saved that said check here for future updates literally a few days ago and hadn't had an update. Just saw now in general news page (i just watch on weekends i never look at their general fucking news page) that they made a post.

Figured fuck it probably only time i'll ever go in my life so might as well do it up right and bought off Viagogo. Got center stage row 4 tickets but with cost + fees for me and the wife about $2k USD....some reseller is grinning like a jack ass :( I won't even begin to hope for a LCS or LEC rep to make it to the finals but the Asian teams better give me a 5 game series. If they could throw in an off meta Veigar pick that would be great as he was the first champ i played like a decade ago and still probably my go to when i do play for a week before quitting again because i can't stand sucking at something. Made it to top <1% in smite in its prime but pretty sure 70 yr old Korean grandmas are mass emoting me as they destroy me in LOL....

Haven't dropped this much for an event since sitting behind Spurs bench to meet Timmy Duncan and Manu Ginobli back in the day.

London here we come!

(i'll go bold and say region buff pushes G2 to finally step the fuck up; G2 vs T1 with G2 winning in 5 behind a Caps' tristana penta kill)
