Okay so now go get 30,000 of those ballots and make sure none of those 30,000 people you paid off tells anyone because that many people can surely keep a secret right? And then somehow get all of those ballots into the vote stream without anyone noticing? Is what you're talking about possible for a few people? Sure, but when you start talking about the number of votes it takes to throw an election, it very quickly becomes impractical.

You have some sort of small town or small state bias thinking that 30,000 people is a lot and that there is some sort of enforcement mechanism for doing something that IS COMPLETELY LEGAL IN THESE STATES. 30,000 people is .375% of the population of the entire state of Washington; who the fuck is keeping that shit a secret in the places where this would run? On the other side, who would turn them in? They'd probably beg to be part of it and get some money for doing what amounts to nothing in their eyes.
