to be faaaair Lenas has at least one post in this thread actually talking about the game and not just white knighting the poor misunderstood large corporation developing it.
Fuck me for wanting a game to be good right? I could not care less who is making it. I hate Activision as a company, but I still wanted DMZ to be good. I have historically enjoyed [older] Halo and Destiny games so yeah I hope Marathon is fun.
There is a difference in wanting a game to be good and seeing exactly what it is and deflecting all reason.
Six operators and four maps with escalating PVE difficulty doesn't sound that bad to me for a launch.
Subreddits are fan-made, it's not official, anyone can create topics. The post is talking about how people are acting toward Marathon, but it's not actually about the game itself nor is it written by an employee of the company making it. A link to someone's LiveJournal would be just as relevant.
I am not. I am only saying that if you want to complain about the game, complain about the game. There are plenty of valid things to talk about. That guy moaning isn't one of them.
What PvE elements will Marathon have?
I mean they are already starting out with wtf decisions with no proximity chat
Proximity chat is great - the idiots that don’t use push to talk broadcast their location constantly
When I used to play Warzone, that used to save me from so many ambushes lol
Who would want to run a dungeon while being griefed the entire time? I simply do not have the correct perspective or chemical wiring to enjoy either side of that player experience.
Hearing *literal* mouth breathers trying to ambush me was hysterical. They must have thought I was hacking.
Who would want to run a dungeon while being griefed the entire time? I simply do not have the correct perspective or chemical wiring to enjoy either side of that player experience. I am curious if Tarkov is actually growing or just treading water by milking the few whales it has for ever increasing founder pack prices.
