New Event - Cosmic Chaos!
We?re happy to announce a new event launching this week: Cosmic Chaos!
This event will last the full week, until next week?s patch. This event is also recurring and will come back every month, allowing for short-term and long-term goals for the event. We plan to have more regularly recurring events like this, to provide something to consistently look forward to.
With that in mind, check out out the features of Cosmic Chaos!
Cosmic Bosses Drop Double Loot - All cosmic Terminal bosses, every time.
Cosmic Questions Answered - What is the answer to Life, The Universe and Everything? The answer is a 42% server-side multiplicative boost to Rare Item Find, Special Item Find and Experience for all your heroes.
Cosmic Prestige Doubled - Doubled leveling rate for Cosmic Prestige during Cosmic Chaos week.
Cosmic Doop Double Spawns - Midtown is more dangerous, with twin Cosmic Doops visiting occasionally.
Cosmic Doop X-Defense - Cosmic Doops can and will appear in Doop waves of X-Defense.
Cosmic Doop Simulation - Cosmic Doops can and will appear in Holo-Sim rounds 5 and higher.
The Power Cosmic - A new Legendary item with powerful potential.
Doop Rune - A new rune that can be found during Cosmic Chaos.
Double Cosmic Warlock Box - Adam Warlock?s 42 splinter Random Cosmic Item box will drop 2 cosmics during Cosmic Chaos week.

There is a new currency called Cosmic Worldstones. These stack to 9999 and will be added to the currency tab eventually, so as not to take up space.
This is a pretty hard core event and will return every month. Each month it will be iterated, adjusted, enhanced, etc. to be amazing and sweet.
There is a ton of cool stuff to find in the world and/or acquire from Moondragon using Cosmic Worldstones. Some of these items will require several events to earn. Example: The cosmetic pet "Cosmic Doop Companion" requires the highest number of Cosmic Worldstones (2000) and can't possibly be earned in one event weekend (except maybe by DegenTP).
Please review tooltips, drops, etc. and report anything you spot.

I was on TC earlier and Cosmic bosses drop a shitload of stuff, however after downing 3 cosmic bosses (small sample size I know) I did not see 1 unique or artifact. And this is with running 840 sif/1140 rif at the time, it seems to be mainly cosmic/purples.
Cosmic mystery box is a guaranteed hero or costume plus what seems to be a guaranteed fortune card of any desription plus some other crap.

Man, I really hope they keep the crimson box shit happening on a somewhat regular basis. I didn't get one from the shell event, but have managed to get 3 from the bark stuff, and scored a Hand of Doom, Mental Focus Headband, and White Suit Jacket. All three are shit I've been farming, and it's so satisfying to finally get some decent items from the time I play in the evenings after work.

Fuck yes. I Cosmic prestiged my Scarlet Witch like 4? months ago, and i'm sitting at lvl 51, might be able to actually finish, as it's sucking the fun out of the game trying to get it done.

Play what seems cool, there aren't a lot of wrong answers. If you're going to drop a bit of cash, get a couple stash tabs. If you really want to play a character check out the store on the website for their bundle pack, can usually get a guy + a costume + bank space + bonuses for like 15-20 bucks.
If you get bored doing story mode, jump into another activity. The game is pretty free form, you don't really have to do one thing or another. It's chill.

something is wrong with the patcher, downloading the full 13gb, will start out at 1.3gb and falls to 150k after a while, rrestarting fixes it for a short time
reportedly, people are getting another 14gb download after that.

Holy poop when did they add being able to see who officers are in SGs. I had to stop promoting people because it would promote them to leader, which is also pretty stupid. With that being said, anyone who still wants to join up is more than welcome. We have people who play everyday and people who play once a month.
