Marvel Universe needs a Big Bad that can play both sides. Dr Doom is perfect for that.

Every MCU movie has had a throwaway villain, and they will need more then Thanos since he will only last the two episode arc.

Dr Doom brings all the villains from the past movies together in a diabolical plan, that he will tell our heroes when they are captured, and then wonder why he fails in the end!

Also Secret Wars..

It is a crime Dr Doom is as misused as he is in the Sony bullshit. Dr Doom is the best villian Marvel has. He was played by that NIP/Tuck Fucker for christ sakes.

I think Hugo might actually be pretty damn solid, although I'll admit I haven't seen much of Doom in comics past Infinity War stuff in his little team-up with Kang.

Marvel is able to use them because they have an extensive history with the Avengers, but they cannot tie them in as children of Magneto or refer to them as mutants (hence their new origin story in AoU). Fox has access to them because they first appeared in X-Men and are Magneto's kids.

You just need a dude to look good /porportional in armor and PROCLAIM SHIT AS LOUD AS HE CAN IN THE MOST BOMBASTIC WAY POSSIBLE. Then when he gets defeated make sure it's a doombot that was behind the whole thing and not actually Dr Doom.

Not being privy to the actual contract, I still have to think that specific characters were listed out in the X-Men deal and the FF deal, and Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch just weren't specifically listed and that's why there is a grey area. I would bet all the money I don't have that the FF contract specifically names the 4, Doom, Silver Surfer, and Galactus at least, so there will be no skirting in that area.

Doom in the current Iron Man comics works without his suit. He uses magic and walks around in a two piece suit. If they go with they can easily incorporate him into the MCU.

A lot of your best voice actors have already been used. I think Peter Cullen could voice Galactus with a little computerized help to give him a more ominous voice but he's Optimus to pretty well everyone

My dream after credits scene of of one of the movies: Loki walks into a laboratory, asking a hooded figure "Have you held up your end of the bargain?" Dr. Doom turns around so the camera reveals his mask. Without saying a word, he pulls the cloth off a table behind him, revealing an almost fully repaired Ultron laying on it. Dun dun dunnn!

Who actually cares about the FF? they are dogshit aquaman levels of refuse. Marvel finally wised up and just junked that whole piece of shit family. From the dumb shitty brother to the dumb shitty jock friend to the dumb mary sue to the worst father imaginable that gave birth to 2 dumb kids.

Like many have said, FF is shit, it's just that the properties surrounding them are pretty awesome, no we're not talking about the shitty ass mole man but of course Silver Surfer and Galactus and the Skrulls tot he best big bad in all of comics Dr. Doom.

Hell, they want to make Dr. Doom so evil, they retconned that it was actually Doom that was responsible for Avengers Dis-Assembled.

Given the response to Spider-man in new Cap and the deal Sony & Disney hashed out for the new Spidey film, I would say that it's notentirelyoutside of the realms of possibility that Fox and Disney might eventually come to a similar arrangement at some point - which is a lot better situation than it was a few months back.

Ianx, just because you aren't a fan of Fantastic Four, doesn't mean everyone else is in the same boat. As far as the ultimate universe is concerned, they were one of my favorite series. Really great stories. What made Marvel Comics ultimately axe them was the poor response from that god aweful artist they just brought on, but then they finally killed them off a little before the latest movie came out. This might have contributed to the poor sales. No guarantee of that, though. But it's probable they were hoping for that outcome just so that Marvel Studios could potentially score a deal with Fox the way they did with Sony.

That's just an estimate, however.
