Seems likely to me, Ross doesn't seem to want to transform, he transforms at the White House, and Falcon fights him in DC, with no obvious connection for Red Hulk to any other scenes - the only question being if Ross transforming (and thus being incompetent to be president per the 25th amendment) is used as one of the pretexts for the civil-ish war _starting_ or the bad guys' surprise escalation to the conflict.

Hollywood Reporter is a trade magazine, so their numbers are likely correct. Keep in mind the numbers are before marketing etc, so this needs to make 405+ to break even at the 2.5 multiplier. So Red Hulk being in it for 5 minutes makes sense since shit like that is what costs the big bucks. Harrison Ford is prob the most expensive actor in it as well, but even then its not like having to pay RDJ 90 million or whatever they have to for Doomsday.
I think what happened is people took "World of Reel" at face value which you should never do and the 6 months of reshoots rumor turned out to be BS and it was 3 weeks. Never take World of Reel at their word.
If its an "action thriller" akin to Winter Soldier like they are saying then yea that 180 is very doable.
