Found the original article. It actually just says there is trouble and they're in talks, but not that he has actually quit the role yet.

Black Bolt was a Skrull and it didn't have the same power level. The real Black Bolt would have pushed in the Hulk's stools.

She doesn't seem to be the type to call for a stand-in or backup. I think she'll be all-in for this role

If you have a subscription to Marvel Unlimited they have the whole series there and a page that lists suggested reading order for the whole series...I'm going through it now myself. I think they give you the first month for free/cheap if you've never subscribed before.

I read someplace before that when she was a kid, her mom made her take karate and she didn't let her quit until she got her black belt, so she's not starting with a blank slate on that front.

Tough we don't know the context of that photo. Could be everything from the stunt guy where they are just filming a section of his costume to a stand in they are using for lighting for CG compositing later.
