My work is coercing me to attain any Microsoft Certification. Does anyone have any input as to the easiest/cool/logical certs are? (if any)

Yes. They said its completely my choice.

Can be the easiest or hardest. My function at work is Inside Sales and some minor remote maintenance/Basic desktop repairs.

MCSA. If you use Server 2008/Windows 7, go with Server 2008. If you're looking for the newest, go Server 2012.

MCSE is the next logical progression from there, but if you're looking for the basics, it's MCSA at this point.
