Not exaggerating. I worked 4 hours past the end of my shift on Friday at midnight because 2 people from third shift didn't come in, and then covered a 12 hour shift during the day, then covered for 4 more hours for 2 people who didn't come in on third shift again.

I did take a 2 hour nap/meal break in the middle of the 12 hour shift, so there's 18 hours.
