Queens is officially one of the boroughs of New York City. Furthermore, the argument could be made that they’re still in the state of New York.

Calling them the Los Angeles Angels because, historically, they started their MLB tenure in Los Angeles proper is one thing, but everybody in SoCal knows that Anaheim isn’t part of Los Angeles city or county and “LA Metropolitan area” is a total cop out

Unfortunately for you the interstate part of the 405 encompasses the entire LA area so I get to include all of it. (it was called interstate because it was created with federal funds)
