Yeah because the franchise has done everything to make the team as unwatchable as possible. I've been going to A's games since I moved here and the vibe from 2011-2014 was electric. But the owners stopped fixing anything broken with the stadium, raised ticket prices while slashing payroll to ribbons, traded away home town favorites. They did this intentionally because they wanted to move. They never had any intention of staying in Oakland.
The fans definitely care, but the owner just made them apathetic after years of dicking them around and actively tanking the team. None of this is on the fans.

Nah Phil Cuzzi is an actual retard and Bellino is the sniveling faggot who ejected Bumgarner for not wanting to have some faggot looking him in the eyes while rubbing his hands. Scherzer washes his hands in front of an Ump, applies rosin in front of an Ump, and knows he's getting inspected as soon as he comes out of the dugout, so you know there's nothing on his hands but sweat, rosin, and maybe alcohol from the hand-washing that Cuzzi ordered him to do.
Fact is Scherzer was almost certainly within the rules. The Umpires made an arbitrary and entirely subjective judgement that the stickiness of his hands could not possibly be attained by mixing sweat and rosin and ejected him for that reason.
