Technically winning 4.3 percent of your bets if he's always on the underdog side of 25 or more to 1 is a good rate. Not totally unpossible with some deep parlays.

Why are they playing baseball in Trafalgar square?


Edit: I asked two Yanks who are playing, they said the Pillies (opioid addicts) vs the NY Jets, quick as a flash I replied "that's why the Sox will never win the series!"

So as cool as it is to have the announcers talking to the players during the game, I think it needs to go away. The broadcast is trying to talk to Bagel Eater Hernandez right now, and he clearly can't hear them very well and he's trying to concentrate on the game. It just makes for bad TV. He ended up getting an error on the play as well.

Thought this would get best response here.

Understand the need for the L screen, and no curves, but still kinda takes away from the game. Still pretty neat idea.

Isn't it optional? And they do get paid - $10k for regular game, $15k for a playoff game. Hernandez admitted he did it in part because he likes money. Roberts claims he didn't know Hernandez was going to do it too (at least the on-field part). At least the Dodgers won, but I wonder what the locker room was like after the game.

Ah, I actually didn't realize it was optional and they got paid for it. He seemed kind of annoyed during the whole thing, and it really seemed to distract him. Especially since he had to keep playing with the ear piece.
