The amount of retard factor is in decline as much as the asshat factor is, I agree. But I think you could pair off enough brackets to make it a thing. Granted you might have to dig deep for candidates and jimmies could get rustled. (I'm sure Utnayan would be less than pleased at his nomination)

There's still 10 or so retards that will deliver something at least once a year.

I'm not sure how many brackets the asshat award has, as I stopped voting when the asshat award just became a "who's banned next" predicament.
