Travis Fulton, a former boxer and mixed martial artist who recently agreed to plead guilty to child pornography charges, died by suicide at an Iowa jail, officials said Sunday.

Fulton was found unresponsive in his jail cell at around 4 a.m. Saturday and taken to the hospital where he later died, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office said. Investigators believe he died by suicide.

Fulton, 44, was charged with sexual exploitation of a child, child pornography possession and receipt of child pornography, ESPN reported in February, citing the indictment.

Fulton allegedly attempted to get a minor to "engage in sexually explicit conduct" to produce "visual depictions of such conduct" on a digital camera, according to ESPN. He is also alleged to have a depiction of another minor under 12 on a thumb drive.

The camera and flash drive were reportedly bought outside of Iowa.

I saw this and I was wondering if it was MacG or someone else. I see it was him.

I didn't even know but that Kris Moutinho dude is Portuguese and from near where I live.

He really is just a regular guy. 90k for 1 night when he probably makes 50 grand a year is sweet.

I wonder how much the camp cost. Those guys have a lot of expenses leading up to a fight. Unless they get it all for free when they use Dana White's facility.

Not that I'm encouraging it, but that kid could start a GoFundMe and be semi rich by next Tuesday. Hopefully he gets to keep most of that bonus, especially considering he had like a 10 minute camp leading up to this.

Kid had a one week notice. There was no camp. He did a few burpees in the back and said a fucking prayer.

I've been watching for close to 2 years now. I still count as a casual, right?

Kellerman and Stephen A. Smith felt out of place. Smith is just fucking annoying period, but I had no idea who Kellerman was and he reminded me of when they put a woman on commentary just because they want a woman (Not talking about Olivi or Sanko). In the post-fight when Anik gave Kellerman a few minutes and he was relating it to boxing, I was thinking "If this guy is annoying the shit out of me right now, I wonder how annoying it is for people that have been watching and/or practicing MMA for 10+ years...".

I had some people over and 2 of them were an early 20s lesbian couple that have only watched a handful of fights in the last year. Those 2 and my wife were yelling at Stephen A. Smith on the TV to shut the fuck up, lol.
Kellerman knows a fucking shitload about boxing, same with Atlas. Atlas served time in Rikers, has a 400 stitch scar from a street fight, and once held a .38 to Mike Tyson's head and told him he'd blow his fucking brains out if he ever touched a family member of his again. He also trained Michael Moorer. Atlas is a badass, but I agree that he doesn't have much business commentating on MMA.

Im surprised Conor's tibia didnt break through his skin on that.....holy fuck.

If Porier beats Oliviera, I thin Khabib shoud come out of retirement for a huge payday fight with Dustin.

Has anyone ever succesfully stymied a takedown effort by Khabib? I dont mean once, but like was there a guy that forced Khabib to abandon the td and just force him to stand up?

Has Connor fought Justin Gaethje? Make JG the gatekeeper before Connor gets another title shot (along with 1 other top-5 guy)

Yeah, if Connor gets to leap dudes like fucking Dariush, Gaethje, and Chandler for a title shot in another year+(depending on rehab length - he probably won't ever be the same), that'll be some major bullshit. Especially since he hasn't done shit but beat up an old as fuck Cowboy in like 3 years.

That's the advantage of building your brand as thoroughly as he did. I'd say there's a good chance he never steps foot into the cage again though.

Yeah, that leg injury is just too debilitating at his age. Put another year+ of ring rust on the guy, not to mention the massive effects it'll have on his agility, movement, etc.?

I could see him fighting Diaz for one final payday, getting starched, and then hanging it up.

Nah you guys are crazy if you think Conor's career is over.

He already banged out a seemingly successful surgery, so he is already "recovering". The usual turn around time for an injury of this nature is 6 months, 8 max. So that puts him at February 2022. He can start training around that time, so you figure another 6 weeks for a camp, he could reasonably return in May 2022. End of summer the latest.

He will probably end up fighting Dariush. If he can stop his TD attempts, which I reckon he could (he is fantastic at wall walking). Not only that but I bet whoever he fights is going to want to test his entire frame, they are going to reach out and touch his chin, kick those legs, do everything they can in order to see where he is at after that gruesome injury and long layoff.

I mean he could perhaps get wrestlefucked, but I doubt it.
