Wasn't it ruled a KO, and not a TKO? Pretty sure the ref saw a loss of consciousness even if the camera wasn't able to capture it. He recovered fast (maybe near-instant) and was moving but didn't get to his feet right away. Most times for a bogus stoppage you want to have seen the fighter immediately spring to their feet, like DC said during the broadcast.
Jiri did not spring to his feet.
