Ya I see what you're saying. I have no clue nor want to know that much about roids. If I am spending hours on end trying to figure out shit that testing centers even get wrong, then I just need to poke my eyes out.

I still doubt JJ is or has been on PEDs in the past, as he could have just had a flukey test (in regards to PEDs at least!) and the CIR seems to have confirmed that. Well, unless you count cocaine as a PED, that is...
Why would you doubt that?

EVERYBODY'S JUICIN'!!!!
That's pretty much where I'm at. I feel like ~80% of top level MMA fighters juice, and likely all the freak athletes like JJ do.

Why would you doubt that?
Because the CIR came up negative despite the earlier bizarre test results, no one doubts his athleticism and to date I can't think of any other reason that would cause me to think that he is or has used PEDs in the past (though LOL @ cocaine)

I'd love to see the levels for a bunch of other high end UFC fighters. Besides the LOL ones like Chael's 16.9:1 of course.

I saw someone mention that a lot of endurance athletes seem to have lower ratios, I wonder if guys training at that level get some of the same effect. Like would Roy Nelson be close to normal since he's clearly not busting his ass on cardio?

Aaaaand apparently the actual results of his CIR test aren't in for another week or so. The previous results were some kind of preliminary pre-fight results or some shit.

And anyone who was actually paying attention already knew that. Now we have posts on /r/mma and sherdog thinking that this "new development" is evidence of a coverup.

Why Benson Henderson puts little stock in past wins over Donald Cerrone | MMAjunkie

The former UFC lightweight champion revealed he didn't learn about the opponent switch from his manager. He didn't hear it from UFC President Dana White, nor did he get the word from company matchmaker Joe Silva. The man who broke the important piece of news? Cerrone himself.

"I did not know Alvarez was hurt at all; I was not aware until Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone himself texted me," Henderson told MMAjunkie. "He hits me up and says, 'Nothing personal, just business.' I was like, 'What are you talking about, man?' He said to go online and on social media. I got on there and saw the news."

How is that possible? I thought fighters had to agree to each fight, and who they were fighting. So even though they are under contract with the UFC, each fight has some sort of contract that needs to be signed as well. Am I completely wrong in that? Wouldn't that mean that Henderson would have needed to agree to fight Cowboy?

Maybe MacDonald will get his shot now. I'm not a huge fan of his, but I'd say he has earned it, and they damn well promised it to him.

I always forget pettis is the champion over people like cerone. Pettis has only fought 2 times since getting the title from Cerone, while Cerone has fought 9 times after this next fight
