Used to workout/train some at a friends gym here in Arlington, Tx that Hendricks would frequent. He would come in and do mat time, get in some boxing etc. I'm 6' 190 lbs, and he dwarfs me in weight. Have never seen him under what looks to be 200 lbs. Dude is a stout guy, those weight cuts are insane.

Dana's vlog thing was dope.
