I'm not fan of Jones, but what history of backing out of fights does he have? The only one I know of that he "backed out of" was the fight he wouldn't take against Chael on short notice. Yes, he fucked up the Rumble fight though. It looks like he may be exonerated for the PED thing as well.

No, the hit and run was after he fought DC. He was supposed to fight Rumble next.
