It's a step towards it happening. Barnett will probably have to take a pay cut for Dana to be willing to sign him, but maybe they can incentive him into a contract. Josh doesn't have a particularly exciting skill set, but he is still a top 5 HW. Here's to hoping he gets signed.

I wouldn't call him top 5, but he's definitely one of the guys that will hang around that number for a few years.

Am I the only one who hopes Bisping beats the crap out of Belfort, as punishment for Belfort not breaking Jones' arm with that armbar? Still cant believe how close Vitor was to beating Jones and just let up since he couldnt bring himself to hurt one of his favorite people.
Also having went back and watched more of Mike Chandler I can say Im a fan, dude is pretty exciting to watch and fighters like him give me hope for Bellator.

Bisping is the one UFC fighter i truly hate and loathe. I thought he was a pompous asshole on TUF then when he and Matt Hamill fought and Hamill worked him from bell to bell and got shafted on the decision and Bisping had the audacity to insult Hamill as if he completely outclassed him the entire fight pretty much shut the door to me ever liking him. It makes the fact that he laments being such a heel but he still behaves the way he does which is being such a braggart when most of his fights aren't impressive.

He has quite a few finishes by TKO, but I always think of him as a boring fighter. He is very smart with his stand up and it's actually better than he gets credit for. I like to see him do well but I'm a bigger fan of Vitor. I'm hoping Bisping swarms him with those light shots and ultimately winds up on queer street when Vitor finally gets annoyed. The longer the fight, the better chance Bisping has though.
Also, I was expecting a better staredown than that. Bisping usually goes forehead to forehead at the weigh-ins with his opponents and Vitor didn't let him do that this time around.

I'd kind of like to see Bisping win just because I think the inevitable savage dismantling Anderson would give him will be such a spectacle. Don't much care for either guy, Bisping is a cunt and Vitor is a jesus freak liar(oh I didn't want to hurt his arm, STFU).

My bigger fear is Bisping winning, getting a shot against Anderson, and somehow managing to catch him and KO him. I can't think of a single fighter on the planet I would want to see take out Anderson less than Bisping. I realize that is such a stretch that it feels stupid even typing it out. However, it is MMA and anything can happen.
I also think it would be just fantastic to never see Bisping even get a title shot. Just have him always get so close, be one win away, and lose again. Yes, I think that would be wonderful
