DC said again this might be his last fight, seems he went from "going to retire when i turn 40" to "i am going to retire before i turn 41", so he could again before March.
anyway was looking at if he wins and retires, who wil get winner of JDS/Ngannou
1 - JJones will try for champchamp
2 - Blaydes, if he wins in Sept, lost to Ngannou, not fought JDS
3 - Cain. if he can get a win before end of the year
4 - Lewis, out till like Oct, has lost to JDS, win over Ngannou
5 - Reem, win over JDS 4 years ago, nearly murdered by Ngannou

no way Stipe could get 3 titles shots in a row....

Fact is Stipe has the best resume in the HW division. He doesn't sell fights, doesn't get along with Dana, and doesn't get paid though.

Stipe is also the most obvious matchup for Bones because he's closer to a LHW that doesn't cut weight rather than a true HW. He's also the best head to hunt for Bones looking to make a statement – it's a way to shit on DC's legacy (and build up his own) in several ways.

I'd thought about asking Lanx Lanx for an avatar bet, that JDS was going to surprise people. But then I thought better of it.

The only thing I think surprised people was how quick it was over.
