This movie is a 8/10 on the total crap-o-meter, just fucking awful in every regard.
But... it wasn't so much boring as it was "oh my fucking god this is so stupid".
The ending though adds another point though, making it a 9/10 on Total Crap-o-Meter (or a 3.5/10 on a a real scale) because it was fun to hate.
I don't recommend it unless you enjoy watching terrible, terrible movies... I imagine Mike Stoklasa would probably like this given he liked Age of Apocalypse and Independence Day: Resurgence.
