Please refrain from suggestions on how to do things differently in this game. It's perfect as-is and I personally can't wait to have the memberberries explode all over my face when this releases!

It'll be like I'm right back in 1999 again, where gaming, the world, and life was absolute nirvana.

I think what I'm hearing from a lot of people is that there is tedium built into the game, but also gameplay elements that mitigate that tedium and as you learn2play it really isn't as bad as first assumed.

But back in my day we crawled uphill in the snow both ways on AOL starter pack dialup fueled only by pizza rolls, Bawls and a Prima Strategy guide I read through on the shitter to sell our shit… all to one merchant!

I think people are overthinking the tedium/QOL complaints. I don’t really care about spellbook CRs or even the multiple merchant things, sure I think they’re dumb but I agree they’re whatever in the grand scheme.

What annoys me is that they decide THOSE are the things they want to “innovate” rather than doing actual cool/fun gameplay things like the Vangurd Defensive Target and Disciple/Blood Mage/Bard which would have fit just fine with the EQ gameplay/style

Its a brazilian drink. My step dad is from Brazil and he used to bring the shit back with him whenever he traveled. Guarana is the plant, I think.

I actually like it as a soda, and compared to the modern energy drink, it’s mild by comparison.

I have ordered a few cases throughout the years- it’s on amazon. Blue glass bottles are still the best.

Other variants are eh as compared to other sodas-

You nerds will get raped by devs and say, "Oh, this is the way it should be because the originals were like this". No, it's not great game design. You can improve on the classics, there is no reason they can't strike a good balance while ridding stupid functions. Nowhere in these complaints has anyone asked for WoW.

You know what's better than corpse runs? Actually having more than 3,000 subscribers so that they can make content and cool cities like Night Harbor, and we can all enjoy the actual interesting parts of the game.

I know it's hard to fathom, but even EverQuest can be improved on - they've removed a bunch of dumb shit on the TLPs.

the MUD commands are certainly..a thing...100% need more fleshed out. I like they added a "Interactions" chat panel. Would be cool to see some RP guidance there, and they DO have some of that in game for some places already so, it could, very likely, grow.

"You enter the room and are acutely aware of..."
"You see a..."

Something to give the player a direction on something they can do in the area if they MUD it up.

The fact that they broke out the commands to their own window means that it's still a WIP thing so..who know. I like the idea, though.
