As has been mentioned before in countless ways, it was never about your ability to push your button. It was about orchestrating thing such that you could win when everyone else didn't push their button (since obviously finding a raid full of people who can actually do so consistently is basically impossible).

Building a team is part of the game and yes it is hard to make one then keep it together long term
