they don't, my generousity is based on time spent, activities and results, whatever i handover they gladly accept...that being said deena recieves more genrousity, because i want her to keep calling me, deena could star on "that 70's show" whereas capri is in "50 shades of gray"

I like this setup. Incentive based pay should be the defacto form of payment after a common bond has been reached. The question is was this the structured payment agreement when you all got started? Or was is 20 for this and 50 for that until you became more involved then you started adding "tips" for enthusiasm? I'd hate to think a street vendor hops in the car without a dollar value in mind. Then again they could be so good they know a person would pony up some extra cash.
