Cavs just don't want to accept that the Warriors are an all time great team and they just can't compete no matter what they do.

You know damn well Lebron wants to play 35+ mins a night while sprinting up and down the court carrying 4 other dudes for 82 regular season games and the playoffs.

In whosoever defense it was for firing Blatt he was doing a terrible job at putting together solid rotations. I know half our starters were injured for like the first quarter of the year, but come on. He was going back and forth on starters, and not using people efficiently. Do I think it was a dumb move? Yes. Do I think it was a horrendously terrible move? Not really.

Bron gonna Bron. I think the Cavs should trade him.
Don't hurt yourself thinking too hard there, buddy.

Curry having one of those video game nights. 36 points on 14 shots in the first half. Almost 50% of the points the Warriors have scored.

Wall put up 20 pts on 66% shooting in the half and looks like a scrub by comparison.

Too bad this game will likely come down to Curry hero ball in the fourth. These Warriors turnovers are the worst. Not even from risky plays. Just sloppy. Wizards are definitely taking the lead once the reserves come in.

Funny how nobody's talking about Lebron putting up 6 assists. Curry put up a whole 2.

You Warrior nuthuggers are a joke.

I'm assuming the Warriors haven't released him yet because of cap implications. Might as well hope to get a little something out of him while they're paying him, at least.

How is Harrison Barnes? Is there room for growth? I don't get to see GS but his potential seems limited playing behind 3 all stars. That's a guy I'd like to see my sixers consider.

With the addition of Barnes, Philly's winning percentage would definitely have the ability to be north of the Mendoza line.

I'll take that joke all the way to the Draft when we get Ben Simmons! If luck actually goes our way, we are going to have a ridiculously talented roster next year with possibly 2 picks in the top 4 and 2 more later in the first.

Summer league would be those 4 guys, Saric and Embiid at the minimal.

I think Barnes is a very skilled role player. I don't think he's on the verge of being a breakout star or anything, though. He's skilled enough, smart enough, and works hard enough to not only look really good and contribute meaningfully in the Warriors system. But would probably not look or be nearly as good on a lesser team/system, and I don't think he's going to ever be a go-to guy on his own. He'd end up one of the many guys cursed with great systems who think it was them making the system, not realizing it was the system making them, and leave for a big payday only to be cast into irrelevance. He's one of the many guys the Warriors are building a team with, but not around. You build around Curry. You build with players like Barnes. I'm sure some team will make the mistake of offering Barnes a ton of money with the lure of building a team around him. I just hope for the sake of Barnes he's smart enough to resist, because in the long run being a role player on a dynasty is going to get him much more than being a bust or letdown on a loser (no offense to the 76ers).

Some team is definitely going to offer Barnes a max deal in the offseason. I would be surprised if the Warriors matched. I think he's reached his plateau. He'll never be able to lead a team. He just doesn't make enough shots and his court vision and passing isn't good enough to compensate. The guy is a good defender and he's extremely athletic - probably the most athletic on the Warriors outside of Iguodala - but he's definitely a role player. Specializes in corner threes and the occasional drive and dunk. His biggest asset to the Warriors is probably the time he spends with the second unit. He's usually the only starter that plays significant time with them so he solidifies that group a bit.

Barnes isn't a max player...if any team offers him that, you can safely rule them out of title contention for the life of the deal.

*Edit: I don't dislike Barnes, but like you said...he'll never lead a team and I don't see how you can justify a max contract on a guy like that.
