There are always a lot of shit calls. It's the NBA. There's always a lot of 'let them play' mentality in the playoffs, as that's how the NBA seems to want it. Stop saying things you think other people are saying, because it's making you look like you're not very intelligent. So, I'll type slower.Well no, the screens don't look illegal, they are illegal and are just not being called. Just like Dellavadova grabbing Curry, or Iggy mauling Lebron every time he drives. Lets not pretend that Cleveland is the only ones benefiting here though, that's ridiculous. Cleveland is just doing it better at the moment.
That's just playoff basketball as the NBA calls it in the playoffs. It's maddening, but if it's the playoffs and you're passionate, it's not a foul, just good old-fashioned hustle and wanting it more than the other team. The one no-call that drove me wild was when the W's were mounting their epic fourth quarter comeback and Curry had a wide open shot and LeBron just tackled Curry before he got the shot off. Curry lost the ball and it was ran back to the other end. Simply considered a Curry TO. I shouted WTF pretty loud at that one.
No, that's not what I said. The refs are irrelevant outside of the fact that they're not making calls. You argued that GS has not adjusted to the physical play. I disagree, I think they've also amped up their game as evidenced by the mauling they're putting on Lebron when he drives, the picks they're setting to free up Curry, etc. Cleveland is just better at playing physical. You literally just argued with me, then said both teams are at times benefiting from random calls, then either said the Cavs are doing better at getting random calls (which is a dumb statement) or are agreeing with me. Either way, pull your head out of your Cleveland Brown-eye and start making sense.
I don't think many of us Cleveland fans are defending the call. I'm not going to complain about a gift. I'll consider it makeup for Game 2 being gift-wrapped to Golden State. I'm not a pro on the rulebook, but Lebron knocked the ball before the slide (Streamable - simple video sharing). Still looks like a foul to me. Otherwise people would commit murder once they touch the ball. Anyways, it might have stopped a critical turning point for GS, but the game is a sum of its parts and not contingent on a single play. That's just playoff basketball as the NBA calls it in the playoffs. You know, the kind of shit the Cavs fans bitched about against the Celtics they're now defending!

I'm not assuming you're a Cleveland homer. In fact, I thought I even asked if you were (or just not very comprehensible). No, that's not what I said. It's hilarious that you think I'm some sort of Cleveland homer, I literally could not care less who wins this series as long as the games are good. I've repeatedly said I think GS is going to win.
Yeah, that's why I generally don't complain about bad calls. They happen to both teams, too often, and even when my bias wants to create a conspiracy theory my gut doesn't trust the NBA is capable to pull off shit like that.I don't think many of us Cleveland fans are defending the call. There are garbage calls and no-calls on both teams. Both teams have equal opportunity to adjust and outright win against the fouls.
Edit: Like you said, playoff basketball lets physical play be "legal" way more often than normal. Cavaliers have two extra-motor guys in TT and Delly. Obviously, Lebron is built for bullying his opposition. No one can knock Cleveland for being built that way. GSW chose to build around the jumper, and they'll die by it if they don't start beating the odds on %.
Born in Philadelphia and I live in center city, so I'm a Sixers fan for better or worse.I'm not assuming you're a Cleveland homer. In fact, I thought I even asked if you were (or just not very comprehensible).
You complain about their screens being rough, I point out they're the same screens they've been setting all year. That's the point. They haven't ramped up shit. In the regular season they had a great defense and seemed just tough enough with Bogut being big and sometimes effective inside, and Green being their emotional player who will yell and shout and pound his chest and occasionally set a hard screen. In general, though, they're playing the same, and when the physicality raised in the playoffs they're proving their actually pretty soft and had nowhere to raise their game to.
You mean the one immediately after Lebron traveled when the Cavs shouldn't have had the ball? You could post the Iggy hack on lebron. What's your point? It's gone both ways.
You mean the one at the end of the game when Lebron was fouled taking it to the rim?You mean the one immediately after Lebron traveled when the Cavs shouldn't have had the ball?
Pretty much half the plays shown in your video are not fouls. At least one of those that actually is a foul was called a foul (where Green is grabbing Mozgov's jersey.)
