I see Dolan is still winning the mission to turn all Knicks loyalists against him and the organization.

I've heard Spike Lee on various podcasts over the years. He seems like a pretty good-natured guy. But, this doesn't happen unless his ego is too large to fit through the door. I give Spike 33% of the blame and Dolan 66%. First world problems.

Cry moar SJW Spike Lee.

Unless he makes an agreement with his purchases, then why should he get special treatment?

Watching Zion tonight, and it is 100% obvious how non NBA shape the kid is in. Back to back games and he has lost his second jump nearly completely, getting blocked over and over. Granted KP is a beast, but I can hear Zion huffing and puffing all the way here in Colorado from TX.

They should arrange to have him worked out at the Saints spring training camps haha.

Yeah, one thing that can hold Zion back is if he treats his fitness like Shaq did. I mean, Shaq was an unbelievable force, but he could have been even better.

Yeah Orlando Shaq was unreal. Was still a beast in LA, but man did he decline fast.

Zion's playstyle and how short he is, is really gonna hurt him down the road when that athleticism fades a bit. He could absolutely be in better shape, that'd help.

Nation is learning about Kleber tonight though. Dude can play. A big with his athleticism, ability to shoot, and rim protect is rarest of rare. KP a freaking beast, dude is showing that all-world potential recently.

Mavs have the hard parts down; bigs who can shoot, a good bench etc... But my God, they just do not get the easy baskets sometimes. Also Luka channeling his inner DeAndre Jordan at the line this year...

Feel like relying on Josh Hart while Reddick has been injured has been disastrous.

God, this Mavs team is so insanely bad at closing games. They've absolutely gotta get better at that. Once they do? Good night.

Pissed at Luka all game, and then he works one of the best on ball defenders on the planet.

Actually pretty impressed tonight with the Pelicans. If they can get that from Ball & Ingram more consistently, that's gonna be a team with a bright future.

Melli hits a single basket, important one, but wtf, one? Always rushing the three. Pelicans have a lot to work on to become any type of playoff team.

Great watch, lots of intensity for sure.

They do have a great coach, so overtime I would expect to see a more polished product. I think they 3 years and a few bench players away from a deep playoff run.

Because he IS special to the NYK's. Think of the Knicks. You think Madison Square Garden. Patrick Ewing. Spike Lee. He is a part of that teams image. And over the years it's a good/great image. That pretty much makes him special. Why even fuck with that? Roll out the carpet even.

Probably cause he's not 60+ ? I mean we've all seen the video of him hobbling out for game 7, but not many here watched the dude play.

I loved watching Knicks ball in the 90's. I'd think of 20+ guys or moments from that era on before I ever got to Willis Reed. Starks dunk over Jordan and Grant. Ewing missing the layup in game 7 vs. Pacers. Starks going like 3 for 17 in game 7 vs. Rockets. That magical run to the finals as an 8th seed in 99 from Allan Houston's game winner to eliminate the top seed Heat to LJ's miracle 4-pt play vs. the Pacers to getting dominated by the start of the Duncan era. And yeah, you think of Spike Lee sitting courtside through all those times.

Spike Lee probably brings in more eyeballs than the Knicks' entire marketing team.

Suddenly cutting off a rich superfan is a recipe for bad blood, but why would we expect any different than the worst ownership in pro sports?

Luka's longevity is a cause for concern? Lol is that a warning to the league, or a legitimate worry over how long he'll last?
