I hope this season doesn't turn out like 2011. Such a mediocre tournament. There needs to be a few dominant teams each year to make upsets feel important. I don't care WHO the dominant teams are, just someone to help make the stratification more obvious.

What is it with Cincinnati teams and defense in recent years? Reds, Bengals, Bearcats (football and college). Even with the sub-par competition, I'm a believer in this Bearcat defense.

Woke up happy, did my errands with my Syracuse shirt and shorts on, dirty looks dirty, looks everywhere. Probably the only time I enjoy living in Pittsburgh is when their favorite teams lose.

and WTF Villanova. How do you lose by 30 to Creighton?

I haven't seen North Carolina play this year, but can anyone explain what is happening down there? Before the season started they not only had one of the top 5 incoming recruiting classes, but they also had one of the top 5 ranked returning player classes. They basically have a shitload of returning talent & experience and a shitload of new freshman talent, yet they are a trainwreck.

They lost PJ Hairston, but other than that, idk. It's a real shame because it's hurting SU's conference SoS.

Was he? His season averages were pretty much the same as last year except for an improvement in FG%. But keep in mind this season's numbers have come against easier opponents than last year's.

If anything, the loss of fouls to go around will be the biggest problem. I would have expected that to manifest versus Pitt though.

Blowing a 17 point lead in the second half is so frustrating. At least Cincy can beat good teams when they play kind of shitty? Despite the sloppy half, I now have full faith in the Bearcats. This was the toughest game left on the schedule. They're a damn good team.

EDIT: WTF is this and how have I never seen this until now? It's about to be a staple of mine. Alpine ski resorts and Ohio's Maserati.

My brother was at the game, I think he's still in shock, I may have gained an ulcer or two from the stress. Such an amazing game.
