The 49ers have had the Saints' number since the divisional round in 2011. They should've beat them last year, if not for the BS call on Brooks. So, this game isn't too surprising.

I hate this "we're going back to who we were!" trope. Why the fuck would you change in the first place if it's bringing you success?

Well let's not get our hopes up too high. Remember how good the 49ers looked against the Cowboys, Bears and Cardinals to start the game, only to fall apart later. Sure they beat the Cowboys but they didn't do shit in the 2nd half.

The fuck are you talking about?

Saints beat 49ers last time they played, which was a year ago in regular season. Saints record vs. SF in the Drew Brees era is 5-2.

That's why I said they "should have" beat them last year, if not for the bullshit penalty on Brooks. He appealed the fine and won. The Saints lost to the 49ers in the 2011 divisional round, 2012 to Kaep, should've lost in 2013, and are looking like shit today. I didn't say anything about the "Brees" era. I said they've had the Saints' number since the 2011 divisional round. You might want to work on your reading comprehension.
