Randy Moss didn't work out for the Pats? He had one of the greatest statistical seasons by a receiver ever and they almost went 18-0. Regardless of how it ended watching Moss run under those Brady bombs was probably worth it to every Pats fan no matter what, I hate the Vikings and I enjoyed watching him play.

Monsoon-style rain in Oakland right now I guess, could make the game tonight interesting. Not to take anything away from Buffalo's 2-game homestand getting snowed in... saw some suggestions they might not be able to get the seats cleared before the first of the month.

It's actually beyond the NFL. The entire area the stadium is in just had 7 feet of snow dropped on it in just over 48 hours. The Bills have had to cancel practice because of travel bans keeping people off the roads. Bans which, if what I'm hearing is correct, won't be lifted until Saturday at the earliest. This is pretty much completely out of the NFL's hands.
Put the game here in Washington. It's close enough to NYC for the Jets fans to come down and fill more seats than the Redskins have lately. Rub Snyder's nose in that somehow, I dunno.
Even if they could get enough of the stadium in Buffalo clear I don't know how the town could spare police or any other services that are usually utilized for a football game. Several more feet of snow is apparently coming, and after that the temperature gets into the 50s. They'll go from being buried to massive flooding. No chance holding the game was even on anyone's radar in Buffalo.
