We need Seattle to win this weekend and take over 1st place of the West. Based on our head-to-head, we get at least 2nd seed off that. We need either Detroit or GB to lose this week, and then whomever loses to win next week when they square up. With those outcomes and Dallas winning both Indy and Washington games, puts them at 12-4. With that, the only team that could match that record would be Seattle and Dallas has the head-to-head win and 1st place in NFC.

It's a bit of a pipe dream but as we just saw... anything can happen.

That's how it always happens with the Charges. They usually start off really awesome, often times upsetting an NFC/AFC powerhouse or two, they start to falter a bit in the middle, and by the end of the season they are completely off the rails.

Does Jeff Tripplete always have random mini-strokes in the middle of games? Jesus Christ, spit it out dude..

No, it usually takes a late season surge to make up for the shitty start to the season. Rivers was the anti-Romo for years.
