I just don't even understand the penalties. 49ers hair touches a Dallas player and it's illegal contact. Dallas receiver shoves off the DB on the 3'rd down pass and no offensive PI?

They want more scoring through the pass, same as always. The bullshit calls should calm down week 3 or so though I hope. It's pretty fucking pathetic.
