Unless you have military grade GPS, the accuracy is artificially limited to like 3 yards. I think the military GPS's are accurate to within about 1 foot. Even if we decide 1 foot is good enough, the 3 yard accuracy they could actually get wouldn't work.Nope, never played. I got curious and found this:
So I'll concede that they are measuring accurately using the chains. It's still real retarded, sir. They should have GPS and cameras and sensors in the football and shit. We aren't savages.
Almost beat them LOL, they have the probowl where the almost winners play at the end of the year...I'm sure Luck will be present.Fifth: I hope the Pats fall down the power rankings because a "poor" Indy team almost beat them. That is the true victory.
GPS isn't the right tech for it but I think people mean it should use sensors in the balls and on the field and just mistake that for GPS.Unless you have military grade GPS, the accuracy is artificially limited to like 3 yards. Hell of a play on that block, but I'm surprised he wasn't flagged. I know the replay showed cleanly leaped over the center, but I'm sure just about everyone else was like me and initially thought he had to have stepped on someone. Good job by all the refs seeing that and not throwing out laundry.
On the trick play, clearly bellicheat hacked into the colts headsets and called that play himself.

One recovered onside kick call from winning by 1.Indy "almost" beat them? Really? That's the line colts fans are going with?
Yeah I meant GPS on a smaller scale, not using satellites and shit. We're quite capable of tracking the precise position of an object such as a football. We have the technology. Colts down 13 with 1:44 left and no time outs is "almost winning". Okay. Skeletor wouldn't even buy into that in the post game show. One recovered onside kick call from winning by 1.
That's only true if the Patriots would have played the game in the exact same fashion had things worked out for Indy, which obviously isn't the case. Indy should take solace in the fact that it was a much closer game then the 'experts' gave them credit for but to say that they were one play away from beating the Pats is stupid. The Patriots played the score in the 4th quarter, just like any good team does. They protected the side lines and guarded against giving up 'the big play' on defense while their offense was satisfied with taking no risks and having Blount run the ball on every down. That isn't at all how they would have played it if they didn't have a two TD lead. One recovered onside kick call from winning by 1.
We stopped running (6 yards per carry) when we fell behind on the scoreboard due to time concerns. If we had recovered the onside kick that we recovered, we may have been up, we may have burned clock and yards with Gore, and the Pats may have played hastily and lost. We'll never know. That's only true if the Patriots would have played the game in the exact same fashion had things worked out for Indy, which obviously isn't the case. That was my point. It's a completely different game if X play happens differently, which is why saying that 'had one play gone differently we would have won by 1' is bad logic. This is only ever true if that one play is almost at the end of the game (i.e. the Superbowl). We stopped running (6 yards per carry) when we fell behind on the scoreboard due to time concerns. You nerdburglars saying LESS than 7 points isn't "close" are dumb.
